Zap VPN ad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası veya şifre ile hesap açtırmaz. Tüm kullanıcılar misafir olarak kullanır: Android uygulaması ve Windows doğrulama sayfası, hizmeti yetkilendirmek için cihaza bağlı anonim bir Firebase kimliği oluşturur. Bu sayfa, bu anonim kimliğin ve ona bağlı sunucu kayıtlarının silinmesini istemek isteyen herkes içindir.
Uygulamada şu anda “hesabı sil” düğmesi bulunmaz; silme talepleri e-posta ile alınır.
Silme talebi nasıl gönderilir?
- crezapstudio@gmail.com adresine konu satırına “Zap VPN veri silme talebi” yazarak e-posta gönderin. Yanıt alabileceğiniz bir e-posta adresi kullanın; Zap VPN’de e-posta ile açılmış bir hesap bulunmadığından bu adres yalnızca sizinle iletişim için kullanılır.
- Kaydınızı bulmamıza yetecek asgari bilgiyi ekleyin: platform (Android veya Windows), cihaz modeli, yaklaşık son kullanım tarihi ve kullandığınız sunucu konumları. Varsa Google Play abonelik sipariş numarasını da ekleyebilirsiniz. Şifre, ödeme kartı veya kimlik belgesi göndermeyin.
- Talebin size ait olduğunu doğrulamak için gerekirse ek, asgari bilgi isteyebiliriz. Doğrulama yapılamazsa kayıtlar silinmez ve size bilgi verilir.
- Doğrulanmış talepler en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlanır ve sonuç e-posta ile bildirilir.

WireGuard özel anahtarı, dil ve konum tercihleri, gecikme önbelleği ve hız testi geçmişi yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur ve sunucularımıza gönderilmez. Bunları uygulamayı kaldırarak veya Android ayarlarından uygulama verilerini temizleyerek hemen silebilirsiniz.
Talep göndermeseniz de peer ve anonim kimlik kayıtları son etkinlikten itibaren en fazla 30 gün sonra otomatik olarak silinir.
Saklanabilecek veriler
- Google Play satın alma kayıtları: Satın alma ve abonelik kayıtları Google tarafından Google’ın kendi politikalarına göre tutulur; Zap VPN bunları silemez. Zap VPN tarafındaki satın alma/abonelik doğrulama kayıtları yalnızca geçerli mali ve yasal saklama yükümlülükleri için gereken süreyle tutulabilir.
- Güvenlik ve hukuki kayıtlar: Talep tarihinde devam eden bir kötüye kullanım incelemesi veya geçerli hukuki talep varsa ilgili kayıtlar yalnızca gerekli, ölçülü ve hukuken zorunlu süre boyunca korunabilir. Yönetici denetim kayıtları IP adresinin kendisini içermez. Genel IP ve yaklaşık konum bilgisi en fazla 30 gün tutulur.
- VPN trafik içeriği, ziyaret edilen siteler ve DNS sorgu içeriği Zap VPN tarafından tutulmak üzere tasarlanmamıştır; bu nedenle silinecek böyle bir kayıt oluşturulmaz.
Abonelikler
Veri silme talebi veya uygulamayı kaldırmak Google Play aboneliğinizi iptal etmez. Ücretlendirmenin durması için aboneliği ayrıca Google Play Store’da Profil › Ödemeler ve abonelikler › Abonelikler bölümünden veya play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions adresinden iptal edin. Windows sürümünde abonelik yoktur.

Account and Data Deletion

Who this applies to
Zap VPN does not create accounts with a name, email address, phone number, or password. Everyone uses the app as a guest: the Android app and the Windows verification page create a device-linked anonymous Firebase identifier to authorize the service. This page is for anyone who wants that anonymous identifier and its associated server records deleted.
The app does not currently offer an in-app “delete account” button; deletion requests are handled by email.
How to request deletion
- Email crezapstudio@gmail.com with the subject “Zap VPN data deletion request”. Use an email address where you can receive a reply; because Zap VPN has no email-based accounts, it is used only to communicate with you.
- Include the minimum information needed to locate your records: platform (Android or Windows), device model, approximate date of last use, and the server locations you used. You may also include a Google Play subscription order number if you have one. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or identity documents.
- If needed, we may ask for limited additional information to verify that the request is yours. If verification is not possible, records are not deleted and you will be informed.
- Verified requests are completed within 30 days, and you will be notified of the outcome by email.

The WireGuard private key, language and location preferences, latency cache, and speed-test history stay only on your device and are not sent to our servers. You can remove them immediately by uninstalling the app or clearing its app data in Android settings.
Even without a request, peer and anonymous-ID records are deleted automatically no later than 30 days after their last activity.
What may be retained
- Google Play purchase records: Purchase and subscription records are kept by Google under Google’s own policies; Zap VPN cannot delete them. Purchase or subscription-verification records on the Zap VPN side may be retained only as long as applicable legal and financial retention obligations require.
- Security and legal records: If an abuse investigation or valid legal request is pending when you ask, relevant records may be preserved only as long as necessary, proportionate, and legally required. Administrator audit records never contain the IP address itself. Public IP and approximate location data are retained for no more than 30 days.
- Zap VPN is not designed to retain traffic content, visited websites, or DNS query contents, so no such records exist to delete.
Subscriptions
Requesting deletion or uninstalling the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription. To stop billing, cancel it separately in the Google Play Store under Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. The Windows version has no subscriptions.
